What to do if I lost the paper receipt?

If you registered the purchase in the E-WARRANTY HUB system immediately after purchase, the electronic version of the receipt is saved in your personal account. It has the same legal force as the paper one.

If you have not yet registered the purchase, contact the store where the item was purchased to restore a copy of the receipt by date and amount of purchase.

How to check the warranty status?

The warranty status is displayed on the main page of your account next to each registered device. Statuses can be: "Active", "Expiring", "Expired", or "Under review".
